You can purchase the LifeinaBox Care Plan at any time. If you have already purchased this Care Plan, please contact our after-sales service at [email protected] so that a return slip can be sent to you.
If you do not have the LifeinaBox Care Plan and have a problem with your LifeinaBox or other Lifeina product, you can return it to us at any time using the following procedure:
Please pack your product, preferably in the original packaging, with all its accessories. If you do not have the original packaging, please package it in such a way as to protect your product. Be sure to turn the battery "OFF" (under the LifeinaBox).
Once the package is ready, please send it to us at the following address: Lifeina, 6 rue de Castellane, 75008, Paris, France, tel 0142661559, [email protected].
Repairs will be made and the device returned within 3 days. However, if a failure resulting from improper use (not covered by the warranty: breakage, blocked fan, etc.) is detected, we will send you a quote corresponding to the costs of repairs for your item.
If this quote is refused, you will then be billed for the return shipping costs of the product and 1 hour of labor for the expertise. (€ 20 + return shipping))
The average service time is between 2 and 3 days, after receipt of your product on our premises, which should take place within 48h / 72h from the deposit at the post office.
