The Lifeina Quality Guarantee
All products sold on the www.lifeina.com website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing you to return defective or non-conforming products.
This guarantee does not cover visible defects, product deterioration due to the failure to follow instruction on how to use the product, abnormal use, or normal wear and tear.
Your right to a refund only applies to product(s) that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You must also include all of the products' instructions, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession and, when possible, retain the original boxes for the return of the product(s).
You have 15 days from the date of your purchase in-store or the date of receipt of your www.lifeina.com order (right of withdrawal) to change your mind. The product must be in its original condition and packaging with all accessories. For technical products (LifeinaBox, LifeinaPower), the product may be sent to our workshop for verification before a refund or exchange.
Returns are free to our office (6 Rue de Castellane, 75008 Paris) or at your expense by mail (except for non-compliant orders or items damaged in transit).

When a product is purchased online from the HealthWorks store, the purchaser receives a receipt with a unique case number that identifies both the purchaser and the product, and which can be used when contacting the HealthWorks store to check the status of their request.
- For non-compliant products: If the inspection establishes that the product has a lack of conformity (i.e. that the conditions set out in the legislation on the statutory warranty are met), the consumer will be informed of the estimated repair time. If the examination establishes that the conditions set out in the legislation on the statutory warranty are not met (for example, the fault is the result of the consumer’s misuse of the product), HealthWorks will contact the consumer to inform them of the nature of the fault and the estimated service cost. These costs will be borne entirely by the consumer.
Furthermore, in certain cases, the consumer will be asked to pay the cost of the inspection. This cost will be communicated to the consumer before the product is sent for inspection. Where the statutory warranty legislation does not apply, the HealthWorks store will ask the consumer to approve the estimated service cost before the service is provided.
For products with a hidden defect: If the inspection establishes that the product has a hidden defect (i.e. that the conditions set out in the legislation on the statutory warranty are met), the purchaser will be informed of the options available to them, namely a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product, or the repair or replacement of the product. If the buyer decides to request repair or replacement of the product, the preceding section on non-conforming products shall apply. Where a buyer requests technical support from HealthWorks for a product that has neither a lack of conformity nor a hidden defect, HealthWorks shall inform the consumer of the cost of the technical support, which shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
